Summary: SkillOS addresses the limitations of heuristic-based skill management. By treating skill curation (discovery, pruning, and optimization) as a reinforcement learning problem, it enables agents to learn complex, long-term policies for maintaining their skill libraries. The system optimizes for the "later utility" of a skill across a stream of diverse tasks.
